• Formal request letter by the applicant for the authentication of a Nigerian passport. Include your current address and telephone number, please.
• Two copies of the Nigerian passport data page as well as the original passport (to be sighted and returned to the owner)…
• $50 money order (payable to the Embassy of Nigeria, Washington DC).
• A certified self-addressed prepaid envelope from USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

NOTE: Allow 7 working days for processing time. Also, drop off and collection of documents from Monday through Thursday between 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
